Description

The fish botijo is a sculpture and is also ideal for cooling water in a natural and ecological way. Made in Alicante with local clay, it has the right porosity to allow it to breathe and cool the water to an ideal temperature.

For use, we recommend placing a plate under the piece to collect any water that leaks. Each piece is handmade and unique, so you will find imperfections and marks on them. Traces of the craftsmanship are perceptible on each piece. The measurements and colour shown are indicative and may vary due to the manufacturing process.

Care

Before drinking from the botijo, we recommend rinsing the piece inside and out. Fill it with water and empty it the next day. Its exterior should be cleaned regularly with a scouring pad and without soap. It is recommended to replace it when a considerable loss of porosity and breathability is noticed.
